* Bounding Box Labeling — Added support for importing prelabeled labels through [Import File Transformers](https://docs.datasaur.ai/workspace-management/file-transformer/import-transformer#bounding-box-labeling-projects).
* Bounding Box Labeling — Label classes created without a color are now automatically assigned colors from the existing color set.
* [Webhooks](https://docs.datasaur.ai/integrations/webhook-notifications/events#project-labeled) — Deprecate the project-complete webhook event from `PROJECT_COMPLETED`. Introduced `PROJECT_LABELED` for clearer integration behavior.
* Delete File Confirmation Dialog — Updated the total labels applied metric to include labels created by the Labeling Agent for labelers, while also improve the calculation for audio projects.
* Project Creation Wizard in Span Labeling — Added tooltips and helper text for the Line Separator and Tokenizer settings to make project setup easier.

* Fixed an issue in comment threads where the Mark as resolved action was available on reply comments.
* Fixed an issue in Analytics where the IAA table presentation was inconsistent across Project Report, the IAA tab, and Team Overview.
* Fixed an issue in Analytics Member Details where the empty-state description for Throughput and Quality incorrectly suggested adjusting the tag filter.
* Fixed an issue in Analytics where the Trends date filter design on the Member Details page was inconsistent with Workspace Analytics.
