Time-based one-time password (TOTP)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a verification code from an authenticator app during sign-in. Currently, only time-based one-time password (TOTP) authentication is supported.

Enable 2FA

1. Click the top right corner of your page (your account).

2. Select the Account settings.

3. Click the side option Two-factor auth.

4. Click the Enable two-factor authentication.

5. Scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app. You could also directly copy the value.

6. After you successfully add it to your authenticator app, put the code and click Enable two-factor authentication and finish the form.

7. Don't forget to save the recovery codes.

Recovery codes

Recovery codes are provided during the 2FA setup process. These codes can be used to regain access to your account if you lose access to your authenticator app or device.

Store your recovery codes securely and treat them with the same level of protection as your login credentials.

Important notes

• Each recovery code can only be used once.

• Used recovery codes are automatically removed from the recovery code list.

• You can regenerate recovery codes at any time by selecting View my recovery codes and clicking Regenerate codes.

List of protected activities by 2FA

The following actions require 2FA verification:

• Sign in.

• Set a password for the first time.

• Change password.

• Disable 2FA.

• View recovery codes.

• Regenerate recovery codes.
