# Read-only Mode After reviewers mark the project as complete, all labelers assigned to the project will receive an email notification. They can open the project in read-only mode by clicking the link.

The project will then be in read-only mode for labelers, serving as feedback to help them improve their labeling performance.

Reviewers will also see the project in read-only mode, where they can view work from other labelers.

Reviewers and labelers can also view the labeling statistics in the labeling view.
