Span Labeling:
- Added right-click options to accept or reject all conflicted labels in a line, including support for labels that span across multiple lines.
- The existing tooltip that appears when hovering over a label is enhanced to display reviewer information, showing "Accepted by" and "Rejected by" for better visibility during the review process.
Span + Line Labeling — Selecting a span or arrow in a line will now allow users to answer the question directly in the Line Labeling extension.

Fixed an issue in Span + Line Labeling where the "Convert first row as header" option appeared during file preview, even though it was not configurable in project setup.
