* Fixed an issue in Span Labeling where enabling “Limit selection to bottom-level labels only” caused the tooltip to blink on the 10th-level child label.
* Fixed an issue in Span Labeling where enabling “Limit selection to bottom-level labels only” setting caused unexpected scroll jumps.

* Fixed an issue where opening and closing the filter or sort usage table would reload the content every time.
* Fixed an issue where deleting a knowledge base might not delete the corresponding knowledge base in Sandbox.
