Review Extension — Added an info icon next to the total labels/answers in the Review Extension when Review Sampling is enabled. Hovering over the icon shows that the labels or answers were applied or provided by the labeler.

Fixed an issue where changing a question’s “Required” setting cleared the activation condition logic of its dependent questions.
Fixed an issue where required validation remained active for single-choice and multiple-choice questions after changing them from optional to required, even when an answer was selected.
